and regulations compliance, Ferris Research. Via heads Ferris’s email
compliance, regulations, archiving, and retention practice as well as its
email upgrades and migrations practice. For the past 12 years, he has specialized
in email infrastructure deployment, upgrades and migrations for enterprise
organizations, and has focused on the issues of archiving and regulatory
compliance.
Bob Spurzem, Senior Product Marketing Manager,
Mimosa Systems, Inc. Spurzem has over 20 years experience in the high technology
sector. His email archiving experience prior to Mimosa Systems includes
similar roles at both Legato Systems and Veritas Software in product development
and marketing.
Michael Gaines, Director, EAS Product Strategy,
ZANTAZ, Inc. Gaines is responsible for the strategic planning, product

product line. He has 20 years of experience in the information technology
