Eric Otchet, IBM Eric is the product manager for IBM Lotus Symphony (formerly "IBM Productivity Tools"). When I was talking to him on the Solutions Showcase, he told me some interesting facts about Symphony I didn't know. Of course, my next question was, "will you repeat all that in a podcast with me?"
