Wow, such a great response from my last blog post, thank you!
Here is the PDF of the cheatsheet I created for conference room training. It is ideal for those that are upgrading from 6.5 (plenty still out there!) or just want to make sure their users are aware of cool ways they can use Lotus Notes. I actually had used this in a session I did for The View's admin conference on making sure your end users get a filtered "new features" list. The important thing is not to overwhelm them with new features they don't use or won't care about! As this is a PDF, you can't print Powerpoint Handouts from it, but if enough people ask, I'll put the Powerpoint version up! Jess, thanks for providing yoru PDF. I've now had a couple coustomers migrating from 6.5 to 8.5, and you definitely need to train them on the features in 7 and 8 as well.

Thanks, Jess! This will be a great guide for our upgrade to 8.5 in the coming months 3. Steve DeStefano07/15/2009 09:42:21 AM
@maria - I had the same question about some other features and found this link that gives a good picture of what's available between the two configurations. http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=899&uid=swg21282123
4. Maria Bertelli07/14/2009 04:19:04 PM Great tool. I don't want to speak for everyone, but I can use the PDF for handouts. I have a question though. Are all the 8 features applicable to the basic configuration and the standard? 5. Lydia Berstern07/14/2009 04:02:46 PM Thank you so much for posting this PDF! My company will be training our end users on Notes 8.5 in a few months, and we're also upgrading from 6.5 to 8.5. I'm definitely going to use this in our training sessions! 6. WOW!!!! This is awesome. What a great document. I've talked to people on twitter who complain about Notes and they're on something like 6.5 and are picking on it for lack of a certain feature. This should be really helpful.
