I'm very new to Lotus Notes Development and need to know how to force a refresh on a view that pulls in data from a form?

Hello!
I would take a look at these in the Help file. Read each one and see which one comes closest to what will fill your needs.

LotusScript:
ViewRefresh (the NotesUIWorkspace class)
ViewRefresh (the NotesView class)

Formula Language:
@Command([ToolsRefreshAllDocs])
@Command([ToolsRefreshSelectedDocs])
@Command([ViewRefreshFields])

Hope that gives you a good start!
Jess

Hello Lanette,
There are several ways to do this...it all depends on where you are accessing the view. The simplist, is simply to hit F9! But my guess is, you need it done programmatically. Please let me know just where the view is that you want refresed, ie. is it a lookup view, being used for an @dblookup, etc. Please just provide an bit more information and I'll certainly try to help. Please also feel free to email me directly, if you feel more comfortable taking the discussion off line.
