Q: on social analytics: how will reputation management fit into the analytics process? Q: What if I don’t want you knowing what I’m interested in. How do you apply this? That wrapped up the press event. While this was basically just reiterating the same announcements from earlier in the week, this discussion allowed some more in depth examination of the announcements.
