A recent industry analyst survey noted that 80% of organizations place mailbox limits on users, and for good reason. The rapid growth of email volumes has introduced significant IT challenges with protection, storage costs management, and discovery of electronically stored information (particularly when anchored by manual parsing of tape-based backups). Unfortunately, doing nothing may present dubious consequences. Potential data loss. Continued, uncontrolled storage management costs. Exposure to risk due to non-compliance and more.
In this webinar, noted Lotus expert Paul Mooney of Bluewave Technology and Shawn Aquino of Symantec examine these scenarios in the context of IBM Lotus Domino messaging environments. Watch this recorded presentation to learn how you can
- Free users from quota frustrations without compromising Domino performance and reliability.
- Eliminate unnecessary storage consumption, increasing stability and efficiency of user .nsf databases.
- Reduce the risk of exposing private email archives and protect the privacy of corporate and user information,
- Facilitate faster backup of your Domino data
- Improve recovery time in a disaster, and ease retrieval of data to meet compliance requirements.
- Help users quickly find and retrieve important information
